We recognise that unexpected events can occur.

To ensure fairness to all clients and therapists, we have the following policies in place.

Cancellation Policy:

To give everyone a chance to book appointments, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect both our therapists and other clients who may need an appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount. Payment must be made within 30 days.

No-Shows:

If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a "no-show." You will be charged the full appointment fee.

Payment must be paid within 30 days

Being On Time:

Please arrive on time to respect everyone’s schedule. If you’re late, your treatment may be shortened, but you’ll still be charged the full amount.

Exceptions may be made under certain circumstances.
